CANCELLATION POLICY
The 725 Xperience - Cancellation Policy At The 725 Xperience, we value your time and appreciate your support. To ensure the best experience for all clients, we kindly ask that you review and adhere to our cancellation policy below: Appointment Cancellations We require at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.     •    Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will result in a 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled service.     •    No-shows (missing an appointment without notice) will be charged 100% of the service fee and may require a deposit to rebook in the future. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may need to adjust or reschedule your appointment to avoid delays for other clients. A late fee $10 may apply, or your appointment may be considered a no-show. Deposits Certain services may require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. This deposit will go toward your service total but will be forfeited if the appointment is canceled without sufficient notice or missed entirely. Emergency Exceptions We understand that life happens. In cases of genuine emergencies, please contact us as soon as possible. Exceptions will be made at our discretion. Thank you for respecting our time and policies.
